I didn’t workout for 3 month in a row because I didn’t know how ??♀️ I was so used to just train my abs & go jogging and I didn’t want to harm the little one by doing wrong exercises. Luckily I found an amazing trainer who taught me how to train safe & how to prepare my body for giving birth. Second problem was finding workout clothes that are comfortable ? @nike just released a yoga collection and their material is so soft that even with a bigger belly it’s super comfortable.
