World's strongest Woman weekend at the @officialstrongman_ games has passed and I have some time to recap. I am now the 3rd strongest woman in the world (-82kg) and I had an amazing time here in Raleigh with my friends. I was sitting in 2nd place coming into day 3 with 2 event wins on the Deadlift and Wheelbarrow medley. I made some severe mistakes before the first finals event, which ultimately cost me the 2nd place, but with the help of friends and the amazing strongman family who helped me rehydrate and basically revive me from the dead I came back strong on the last event which was Atlas stones. (My second favorite after deadlifts) Only me, @hannah_artigue91 who came 2nd overall and @liefiasaurus who won the whole show were able to complete all 6 stones ranging from 175 - 300lbs (80-136kg). I couldn't be happier to be able to share the podium with 2 of my best friends. I love both of them so much and it was a blast battling it out with these two. We even shared all the event wins of the weekend. If you don't follow those two badass women yet, you definitely should! Congratulations to all of the athletes who competed this weekend! It was a tough 3 days and everyone gave it their all and left nothing behind. Thank you to my coach @trapsliketodd! We brought the best package of myself yet and it's just the start!
